New Family Pictures

We recently had some new family pictures taken. Thanks Brit's for the GREAT Christmas Present!! We decided to brave the elements and had them taken at the Train Depot. Even though it was freezing cold the pictures turned out really good thanks to Suzie our photographer. Here are a few of our favorites.

Our baby boy, Cody Reid Dean, is finally here! 8 pounds, 12 ounces, 21 3/4 inches long, and lots of fuzzy hair. We have been cherishing every moment with him. Here are a few pictures that we took.

Arizona Trip

Tara and I went on a trip to Arizona with some really good friends and traveled in style via RV thanks to the Murdocks. It was a blast and we visited some more good friends in Mesa. Here are a few pictures from the trip. Thanks for the good time and great memories Murdock's and Huish's. Some of the sites we saw were the Easter Pageant, a Suns Game, Hoover Dam, The Easter Pageant at the Mesa Temple, The Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, and The Waffle House. The weather was great at an average temperature of 79 degrees the whole week.

New Beginnings

After persistence from family and friends and two great sister-in-laws who have shown me the ropes (thanks Brit and Kara), I have finally resolved to keep up a blog. I don’t know how people do it, but somewhere in my busy day I will make time ;)

Gary and I wanted to start by letting everyone know that we are finally expecting!!!! I am 20 weeks and finally feel like I can breath a little easier moving into the second trimester. We want to thank all of you for continuous prayers and fasting that took place in our behalf. We couldn’t have gotten through this last six years without you. We know that Heavenly Father has a plan for us and are so grateful for the many lessons and blessings we have received through the trial of infertility.

Other news in the Dean household is we finally purchased a house in Meridian and are excited about actually settling down somewhere that will last longer than a year. We love the house and I find myself daydreaming about color schemes and décor all hours of the day. Gary smiles and listens, but I know he could care less (what a sport)!

Fourth of July

Gary had too much fun lighting off fire works. You can tell by this picture that we went all out and spared no expense on the merchandise! All the nieces and nephews went to bed and all the grown ups partied. They sure missed out :)
We went to the Train Depot and and watched the fireworks. It was good times.
